What we can accomplish together

An Eau Claire You Can Afford
From the cost of utilities to the cost of our homes, everyone should be able to afford basic human needs. As Eau Claire City Council President, I will prioritize affordability and work with our community to tackle the cost of living in new, creative ways.
A Multimodal Eau Claire
A city with more options for getting where we want to go becomes more vibrant, connected, and healthy. I’ll work to improve the safety of our infrastructure for everyone, and to expand options for pedestrians, bicyclists, and transit riders.
A Collaborative Eau Claire
With limited resources, Eau Claire can succeed only by working closely with our partners, including state and local governments, educational institutions, nonprofits, and local businesses. When we work together, we are greater than the sum of our parts.
An Engaged Eau Claire
Everyone should feel welcome to engage with the city and share their ideas, perspectives, and constructive criticism. As Eau Claire City Council President, I will hold regular office hours and facilitate public roundtable discussions on the issues we need to grapple with, and help find ways for us to take action as a community.
A Sustainable Eau Claire
Our city has ambitious goals to address the climate crisis and transition to clean energy, not just in city operations but across the community as a whole. I’ll renew the city’s efforts to help people, businesses, and nonprofits move toward clean affordable energy and invest in energy efficiency.
An Eau Claire For Everyone
Our city needs to continue to be a place where human diversity is valued and respected, where immigrants and refugees are welcomed, and people of any background, age, income, or ability can find a home, opportunity, connection, and community. I will prioritize the active inclusion of all of our neighbors.
